Previously, Oleg was Vice President at QUMMIF, a London-based investment fund, where he managed analytics and liaised with international financial institutions. Earlier, he led the Investment Policy and Business Planning Department at a major industrial holding in the CIS, overseeing financial modeling, fundraising, and M&A transactions.
He has been teaching finance and investment courses in English-language MBA programs since 2013 and has authored over 50 publications on corporate governance, finance, and investment strategies.
Oleg holds a Master’s in Economics and a Master’s in Investment and Finance from Queen Mary University of London. He has completed executive training programs at Stanford University, Lund University, and Széchenyi István University, among others. He is a certified securities market specialist and an active member of several international business and economic associations.
He contributes to expert panels on foreign direct investment strategy, green financing, and capital market development. Oleg is also a Chevening Scholar and a recipient of awards for his contributions to academia and public service.
Alexander Kondrashonok has over 10 years of experience in management and financial consulting. At ASER, he established and streamlined the company’s financial consulting operations, developed training methodologies, and optimized business processes.
He has served as an investment advisor and coordinator for large-scale infrastructure projects implemented by international organizations and financial institutions, including the UN, UNIDO, World Bank, EBRD, EIB, NEFCO, and the Global Environment Facility.
Alexander also conducts corporate workshops and training sessions on financial modeling and investment project evaluation for banks, insurance companies, and top executives of major enterprises. He co-authored the guidebooks “The Business Plan for an Investment Project from A to Z” and “Strategy for Development in the New Reality”
He is a frequent contributor to leading financial and economic publications, a regular speaker at investment and finance forums and conferences, and an economic expert featured on major television networks.
